Capacity Building programs for Institutions involved with anti-tobacco intervention (2008-2009)

Client: The International Union against Tuberculosis and Lung Disease

The International Union against Tuberculosis and Lung Diseases (The Union) entered into an agreement with RTM International for organizing a series of training programs on different topics for both public and private sector institutions working on tobacco-control issues. Training programs on ’Human Resources Management’, ’Leadership and General Management’ and ’Budgeting and Finance’ were organized for program managers and Chief Executives of organizations. RTM International mobilized resources from WHO, BATA and other national-level experts in tobacco-control issues for imparting training programs. A total of 75 staffs were trained in the process.
