Clinical training of the service providers of SSFP clinics (Sep 2008 - Sep 2012)

Client: Chemonics International

RTM International imparted clinical training to the service providers (doctors and paramedics) of the NGOs belonging to the USAID funded Smiling Sun Franchising Program implemented by Chemonics International. The trainings were mainly in areas of Facility-based Integrated Management of Childhood Illnesses (IMCI), Community-based IMCI, Management of RTI/ STI and other reproductive health issues. Following the trainings, follow-up visits were conducted and based on these visits, new training programs were organized. A total of 117 doctors, 764 paramedics and 70 service promoters were trained from September 2008 to September 2012.
