Job Circular for the position of Field Worker
TITLE OF THE PROJECT:
To enhance advocacy and leadership capacities to promote gender, women’s empowerment, GBV and social cohesion for Rohingya women and women-led organizations.

One (01) for Court Bazar, Ukhiya, Cox’s Bazar and One (01) for Bhasan char.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
In collaboration and under the direction of Program Monitoring and Reporting Officer, the Field Worker will perform:
• Identify relevant women-led and women’s rights organizations with the support of UN Women
• Conduction of community outreach and engagement
• Assist during conduction of assessment to identify the necessary emergency relief items for the Rohingya and host community volunteers;
• Support in arranging ToT and training sessions;
• Organize meeting with different stakeholders;
• Arrange and attend monthly meeting;
• Monitoring and quality assurance through field visit;

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & ABILITY:
• HSC/SSC with at least 2-3 years’ experience with targeted population;
• A minimum of 2-3 years working experience in Rohingya refugee camp is preferred;
• Flexible work attitude: Be flexible and yet focused & reliable in an environment of changing demands;
• Multi-lingual skills advantageous – with priority placed on Local Chittagonian Languages.
