Name of the Positions:
Report writing on ‘End-line survey’ and ‘Annual report’.
Job Purpose:
The purpose of the consultancy is to technically support in writing report of an end line survey and annual report and submit final report.
Requirements
Education• Minimum Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as International Development, Economics, Social Sciences, Statistics, or a related discipline.
Experience
• 5- 7 years’ experience in report writing on baseline surveys/ impact evaluations/project completion report, etc
• Demonstrable academic and practical experience in qualitative and quantitative research methodology, survey/evaluation design and implementation.
• Strong analytical, facilitation and communication skills.
• Submission of sample baseline or end line survey report completed in the last 24 months will be beneficial to secure maximum points for experience of consultant.
• The applicants should have experience in NGO, Development Agency
• Strong understanding of the humanitarian and development sectors
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Prepare and finalize the data analysis and tabulation plan.
• Analyze the collected data using standard analytical software.
• Provide analytical observations aligned with the objectives of the end-line survey.
• Collaborate with UN Women during data processing and advanced statistical analysis.
• Review and finalize the draft annual report in the prescribed format.
• Submit the draft report (both annual and end-line survey report) to the Project Coordinator for review before final submission to the Project Director.
• Incorporate feedback from the Project Coordinator and submit the final report.
Deliverables
• Data analysis plan
• Draft report
• Final report incorporating feedback.
Employment Status:
Contractual from 21 December 2024 – 31 December 2024
