Job Announcement for the position of Anesthesiologist
Research, Training and Management (RTM) International NGO working in the Cox’s Bazar to implement different projects supported by Government of Bangladesh, UNFPA, UNICEF and others development partners. To provide Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) services in different location RTM requires to fill up some vacancies in Anesthesiologist positions.

Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for administering the recommended dose of anesthetics (drugs) and adjusting them as needed during operation in Govt. 20-bed Hospital, Bashan Char, Hatia, Noakhali.
• To Evaluate, monitor and supervise patient care before, during, and after the operation.
• Assessing patients’ medical history, physical status, and medication use to determine the appropriate anesthesia plan
• Administering anesthesia and monitoring patients’ vital signs throughout the surgical procedure
• Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care before, during, and after the surgical procedure
• Responding quickly and appropriately to any complications or emergencies that may arise during anesthesia or surgery
• Maintaining accurate records of anesthesia administration and patient care
• Participating in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and technologies in anesthesia care.
• 1`1She/he will ensure optimal patient safety.
• Ensure the availability of medicines, medical equipment, and other anesthesia-related logistics at the Govt. 20-bed Hospital, Bashan Char, Hatia, Noakhali.
• Record the type and amount of anesthesia and patient condition including vital signs throughout the procedure.
• Maintaining records of all patients who are given anesthesia.
• Work in close coordination with the Govt. 20-bed Hospital and the Coordination Officer, Project Management of Cox’s Bazar.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the authority.

Educational requirements:
• MBBS from any reputed medical college along with DA (Diploma in Anesthesia).
Experience and other Requirements:
Minimum 2- year’s experience in the related field

• Working experience at Rohingya refugee camp will be an asset.
• Good communication skills in both English and Bangla.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and resource-limited environment.
