Research, Training, and Management International (RTMI) is a national NGO, head quarter is in Dhaka and a Field Office in Ukhiya, Cox’s Bazar. Apart from the research and training components, RTMI is also managing a number of projects in health, nutrition, protection and livelihoods. All these programs are supported by the Government of Bangladesh, donor agencies with UN and International organizations, e.g. UNFPA, UNHCR, UNICEF, IOM, UN Women, MDM Switzerland, MDM France, Women for Women International, etc. To support, coordinate and manage an Essential Service Package (ESP) modality project in Rohingya Camp and Host community, RTMI needs a dynamic, proactive and hard-working team player for its Cox’s Bazar Field Office team being based in Ukhiya.

Job Requirements
01.Medical Officer:
• The ideal candidate for the position of Medical Officer should possess a positive and service-oriented mindset, ready to work in the FDMN camp in Cox’s Bazar.
• An MBBS degree with BMDC registration is a mandatory requirement.
• Candidates with experience in humanitarian medical contexts will be given preference.
• Master’s degree in Public Health or a related discipline will be considered an additional advantage.
• Success in this challenging environment requires strong clinical skills, effective communication, and proficiency in local languages.
02. Nurse:
• Diploma in Nursing and Midwifery with BNMC registration.
• Applicants with relevant experience will be preferred.
03. Midwife:• Diploma in Nursing & Midwifery with BNMC registration.
• Candidates with relevant experience will be given preference.
04. Medical Assistant:
• The Ideal candidate should have a certificate from MATS with SMF registration or relevant medical assistant certification or diploma.
• Candidates with experience in camp context will be given preference.
05. Pharmacist:
• The ideal candidate should have a Graduate/ Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized Institution.
• Priority will be given to candidates with relevant experience.
06. Lab Assistant:
• The ideal candidate should have an HSC or equivalent qualification.
• Good communication skills in both English and Bangla.
• Candidates with relevant experience will be given preference.
07. Porter:
• The ideal candidate should have an SSC or equivalent qualification.
• Communication skills and the ability to work as a team.
• Service minded, flexible and hardworking and self-motivated.
• Only male candidates are eligible to apply.
08. Cleaner:
• The candidates with SSC or equivalent equivalent qualification will be given preference.
• Service minded, flexible and hardworking and self-motivated.
09. Guard:
• The ideal candidate should have an SSC or equivalent qualification.
• Communication skills and the ability to work as a team.
• Service minded, flexible and hardworking and self-motivated.
• Candidates with relevant experience and training will give preference.

10. Cook:
• The candidate with SSC or equivalent qualification will be given preference.
• Service minded, flexible and hardworking and self-motivated.
11. Referral Assistant:
• The ideal candidate should have an HSC or equivalent qualification.
• Communication skills and the ability to work as a team.
12. Messenger/Guard-Field:• The ideal candidate should have an SSC or equivalent qualification.
• Service-minded, flexible, hardworking, and self-motivated candidates are preferred.
• Applicants with experience in a camp context and relevant training will be given preference.

• Contractual.
