RTM International is going to appoint skilled professional in the following positions for “Provision of Health and GBV service to Rohingya Refugees in Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh. Those who consider themselves eligible and willing to be based in Ukhiya/Teknaf may apply. The required qualification and experiences for the position are given below:

• Women’s Safe Space (WSS) Manager - Female.

Job Responsibility:
• In collaboration and under the direction of the GBV Coordinator/ Deputy GBV Coordinator the WSS Manager will:
• Reinforce adherence to the GBV guiding principles throughout all protection activities.
• Conduct, mentor and support Girl Shine, WGSS and WPE activities to ensure quality of services.
• Ensure response work with clients, including case management services, adheres to best-practice principles when working with survivors of GBV.
• Directly supervise the WGSS Assistant.
• Hold regular planning and debriefing sessions with team members at community based safe spaces.
• Mentor and support staff professional development and foster a positive team spirit to encourage innovative and quality programming.

Education Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in the field of Sociology/Social Sciences or other relevant subjects from any reputed recognized institute.
Experience and other Requirements:
• At least 1 year experience with protection sector in emergency situation like Myanmar refugees is required.
• Proficiency in local Rohingya/Chottogram language will be given preference.
• Basic IT Knowledge is essential.
