RTM International is going to appoint a number of skilled professional to provide Sexual and Reproductive Health Services in Cox’s Bazar. The required qualification and experiences for the position is given below:
Name of the Position:
• Community Paramedic- Female.
Vacancy:
• One (01) Position.
Job Responsibilities:
In collaboration & under the direction of Sr. Project Manager, the Community Paramedic will:
• Prepare patients for examination and ensure that physical and laboratory tests are recorded and followed up by midwives;
• Secure patient medical records information and maintaining patient confidentiality.
• Support midwives and community health workers in providing health education to the patients;
• Assist the midwives in the management of SRH commodities in a professional manner, keeps supplies ready by inventorying stock, placing orders and verifying receipt;
• Support the midwives in ensuring that SRH medicines are prepacked and labelled appropriately for dispensing to the patients;
• Ensure SRH medicines are appropriately dispensed and recorded;
• Support the midwives in ensuring uninterrupted supply of SRH commodities in the facility and report as scheduled on the use of SRH commodities by the facility
• Report any low stock levels and ensure that orders are appropriately placed;
• Maintain a record of SRH commodity use in the facility and update appropriate registers including e-LMIS on the use of commodities;
• Support the program team in providing and documenting success stories and best practices by the facility;
• Prepare weekly reports on programme data from registers and upload information to online database using Kobo collect application;
• Maintain registers and electronic records of the facility;
• Ensure that all registers and log books are duly filled and service data is reported accordingly;
• Support knowledge management functions including documentation of best practices;
• Ensure that a functional referral system is in place;
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;

Employment Status:
• Short term contract.
Job Location:
• Ukhiya and Teknaf, Cox’s Bazar.
Educational requirements:
• Community Paramedic Course with Certificate from Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council.
Experience and other Requirements:
• Minimum 1-year experience in the related field.
Following capabilities are mandatory:
• Good communication skills in both Bangla and English.
• Working experience at Rohingya refugee camp will be an asset.
