RTM International is going to appoint skilled professional in the following positions for Dhaka Office. For the recruitment of Local/National Individual Consultant to conduct Need Assessment Workshop of Research, training and Management International (RTMI) Staff .
RTM International is implementing the project ‘To enhance advocacy and leadership capacities to promote gender, women’s empowerment’, GBV and social cohesion for Rohingya women and women-led organizations with the financial support from UN Women.

Job Responsibility:
• Prepare Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
• Mapping of RTMI staffs
• Conduct Needs Assessment
• Provide recommendations on how to improve on these processes
• Devise a coherent guiding action plan and

Employment Deliverable:
• Inception report including a work plan, detailed methodology, report format for conducting workshop (in English).
• Facilitation of workshop, to be conducted after presentation of the inception report (in English).
• Submission of final report with findings of the workshop and recommendation (incorporating all the input from the key staffs) (in English).
Education Requirements:
• Master’s degree or equivalent Advanced degrees in economics, development studies, social sciences or related discipline.
Experience Requirements:
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in conducting organizational needs assessments, organizational development, capacity building in the specified area;
• Experience with self-assessment processes will be an advantage;
• Good inter-personal, networking, partnership building, team building, presentation and communication skills.

• Excellent writing skills in English.
Additional Requirements:
• Ability to think strategically, develop initiatives as well as to provide innovative solutions and advice through learning.

Salary / Payment:
• Negotiable.
