Educational requirements:
• Bachelor degree in the field of Sociology, Social Sciences or other relevant subjects from any reputed recognized institute.
Job Responsibilities:
• To provide age-appropriate case management, including: assessment of women and adolescent girls’ needs; provide basic, crisis counselling (and in some contexts further individual counselling); safety strategizing and risk assessing; development of action plans; support in pursuing services and support; safe, confidential and appropriate referrals in-line with the formal GBV referral pathways.
• To provide supervision services to the Program Associates & Volunteers, including case management as well as best interest determination, age appropriate engagement and decision-making by survivors, and Do No Harm analysis.
• To periodically assess the Program Associates & Volunteer Performances through work plan review.
• To work with the GBV team to ensure response to the evolving needs of women and girls and their communities.
• To identify concerns related to and support adherence to GBV referral protocols and GBV guiding principles, and bring these concerns to the Case Management Supervisor.
• To maintain effective working relationships with relevant stakeholders including community leaders and other implementing partners.
• To prepare the weekly and monthly activity reports and sharing it with the Case Management Supervisors within the stipulated time.
• To maintaining detailed and confidential case files in line with recognized best practices.

Experience and other Requirements:
• Experience in similar position within the context of Rohingya Humanitarian Response will be given preference.
• Proficiency in local Rohingya/Chottogram language is essential.
