Educational requirements:
•
Bachelor degree in the field of Sociology/Social Sciences or other relevant subjects from any reputed recognized institute.
Job Responsibilities:
• Work closely with GBV staff, community volunteers to design activities that respond to identified needs.
• Prepare and maintain/update detailed work plan(s) that support and achieve activities.
• Provide direct support and ongoing mentoring to WGSS Assistant, GBV Program Associate as they provide services to women and girl survivors of GBV.
• Monitor data collection to ensure that staff collects data in safe and ethical ways.
• Maintain positive coordination and relationships with partner and other sector staff.
• Complete weekly, monthly activity reports, develop and maintain work plans to achieve activities.
• Prepare and maintain/update detailed work plan(s) that support and achieve activities.

Experience and other Requirements:
• At least 01 year of experience with protection services in the context of Rohingya response is required.
• Proficiency in local Rohingya/Chottogram language will be given preference.
• Basic IT knowledge is essential.
