Educational requirements:

Bachelor degree in the field of Sociology, Social Sciences or other relevant subjects from any reputed recognized institute.
Job Responsibilities:
• Support on Capacity Management of Key Women Support Network Members
• Raising awareness of gender-based violence among community members
• Leading camp volunteers in monthly safety audits
• Close collaboration with WGSS staffs and volunteers
• Support to manage items for doing regular activities of WGSS and Community Based Protection
• Support the timely delivery of program activities following weekly and monthly project work plan
• Complete weekly, monthly activity reports, develop and maintain work plans to achieve activities.
• Maintenance of the filing/archiving system ensuring safekeeping of confidential materials Contribution to development and use of automated/ software filing system.

Experience and other Requirements:
• At least 01 year of experience in similar position within the context of Rohingya Humanitarian Response.
• Proficiency in local Rohingya/Chottogram language will be given preference.
