RTM International is going to appoint a number of skilled professionals in the following positions funded by UNICEF to provide Primary health Care services, family planning and nutrition services for Rohingya and Host Communities in Cox’s Bazar District. Job Responsibilities:
In collaboration & under the direction of HFSP/Program Manager/GBV Response Officer, the MHPSS Officer will:
• Supervise, provide on-going mentoring and support to the GBV Case Workers as they provide services to women and girl survivors of GBV.
• Develop and facilitate age-appropriate and specialized group activities that aim to build women and girls social networks, provide information.
• Ensure the existence of a confidential space for case management and individual counselling;
• Work in close collaboration with the health team in the PHC/HPs to ensure women and girls have safe, discrete and confidential access to/from the GBV and health services via the internal referral procedures.
• Monitor daily/weekly data collection to ensure that the GBV collect data in safe and ethical ways;
• Ensure response work with women and adolescent girls, including case management and psychosocial interventions, adheres to best-practice principles when working with GBV survivors.
• Provides GBV related education/counseling/training.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the authority.
