Job Context:
• MHPSS research project
Job Responsibility:
• Attend the training on K-SADS and other MHPSS instruments (PHQ 9, GHQ 12, GAD 7, and PTSD) and support to team on data collection.
• Checking the team data on a regular basis, share data related concern to research consultant and UNHCR focal person.
• Onsite observation of psychologist’s and para-counsellors data collection and arrange feedback sessions for quality data.
• Follow the data collection at the field, detect the errors and support to quality data collection.
• Attend in person and online supervisions sessions for psychologist and para counsellor.
• Work on data cleaning for error free data with support of trainer.
• Submit final report on all MHPSS instruments on daily basis and report to survey manager.
• Share the data to UNHCR focal person on time and adjust all the recommendation-based recipient.
Employment Status:
• Short term contract ( daily basis, for 42 days )
Education Requirements:
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in psychology/ or any related field
Experience Requirements:
• At least 01-year experience in the relevant field.
Additional Requirements:
• Experience with MHPSS research and different MHPSS instruments such as PHQ-9, GAD-7 etc
• Experience with arranging and supervising data collection
• Experience in training research assistants for data collection in mental health
• Sound knowledge on Open Data Kit Collect (ODK) application and using the ODK for data collection.
• Good computer skills.
