RTM International is going to appoint a number of skilled professional to provide Sexual and Reproductive Health Services in Bhasanchar. The required qualification and experiences for the position is given below:
In collaboration & under the direction of Sr. Project Manager, the Anesthesiologist will:
• Responsible for administering the recommended dose of anaesthetics (drugs) and adjusting them as needed during operation in Govt. 20-bed Hospital, Bashan Char, Hatia, Noakhali.
• To Evaluate, monitor and supervise patient care before, during, and after the operation.
• Assessing patients’ medical history, physical status, and medication use to determine the appropriate anaesthesia plan
• Administering anaesthesia and monitoring patients’ vital signs throughout the surgical procedure
• Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care before, during, and after the surgical procedure
• Responding quickly and appropriately to any complications or emergencies that may arise during anaesthesia or surgery
• Maintaining accurate records of anaesthesia administration and patient care
• Participating in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and technologies in anaesthesia care.
• She/he will ensure optimal patient safety.
• Ensure the availability of medicines, medical equipment, and other anaesthesia-related logistics at the Govt. 20-bed Hospital, Bashan Char, Hatia, Noakhali.
• Record the type and amount of anaesthesia and patient condition including vital signs throughout the procedure.
• Maintaining records of all patients who are given anaesthesia.
• Work in close coordination with the Govt. 20-bed Hospital and the Coordination Officer, Project Management of Cox’s Bazar.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the authority.
• Minimum 2-year(s) experience in the related field. Following capabilities are mandatory:
