RTM International is going to appoint a number of skilled professional to provide Gender based knowledge, counselling & interventions for Vulnerable Rohingya and Host Communications in Cox’s Bazar. The required qualification and experiences for the position is given below:

Job Responsibilities:

• In collaboration & under the direction of HFSP/Program Manager, the GBV Response Officer will:
• Prepare and maintain/ update work plan that support and achieve GBV related activities;
• Supervise, provide on-going mentoring and support to the GBV Case Workers as they provide services to women and girl survivors of GBV.
• Mentor and support staff professional development and foster a positive team spirit to encourage innovative and quality programming;
• Develop and facilitate age-appropriate and specialized group activities that aim to build women and girls social networks, provide information.
• Ensure the existence of a confidential space for case management and individual counselling;
• Work in close collaboration with the health team in the PHC/HPs to ensure women and girls have safe, discrete and confidential access to/from the GBV and health services via the internal referral procedures.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with relevant stakeholders including community leaders and other implementing organizations and agencies.
• Monitor daily/weekly data collection to ensure that the GBV collect data in safe and ethical ways;
• Ensure response work with women and adolescent girls, including case management and psychosocial interventions, adheres to best-practice principles when working with GBV survivors.
• Provides GBV related education/counseling/training.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the authority.

Educational Requirements:
• Master’s in Women and Gender studies/ Psychology/Social Science from a recognized university.

Experience and other Requirements:

• Minimum 3-year(s) experience in the related field
   - Following capabilities are mandatory:
      * Leadership quality
      * Communication skill
      * Coordinating and management skill

Job Location:
• Ukhiya, Cox’s Bazar.

Employment Status:
• Short term contract
