RTM International is going to appoint skilled professional in the following position for “ Provision of Health and GBV response service to Rohingya Refugees in Coxs Bazar, Bangladesh “.Those who consider themselves eligible and willing to be based in Teknaf, Coxs bazar may apply. 01. Project Officer:

• Job Summary:
Overall responsible for Teknaf Sub Office & all GBV Monitoring Support in Teknaf. Support GBV Deputy Coordinator  and GBV Coordinator in developing, implementing and evaluating programs to fulfill the mission. Execute directions and assist support team in relationship management with assigned objective. Ensure documentation of program support related documents. Maintain liaison with CiC, Govt. Office and attending camp coordination meeting.

• Educational Requirements:
Master’s degree from any reputed university in Social work, Social Science or other related social science disciplines.

• Experience and other Requirements:
  • * Minimum 2 years of field experience.
  • * Experience leading inter-agency coordination mechanisms with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • * Experience designing and managing GBV project in an NGO (recommended).
  • * Experience working with implementing partners preferred.
  • * Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • * Fluency in English is preferable.
  • * Experience in Program planning, implementation and capacity development.
  • * Human Resources Management and Training.
