Educational Requirements:
|
Must have a Bachelors Degree in any field from a local or international reputed university. Having a Masters will add up advantage but not mandatory.
|
Duties & Responsibilities:
|
| • |
To regularly visit the field locations (Sadar, Kutupalong, Whykhyong,
Thaingkhali & Leda) & come up with set of advises on how to
improve the current standard of programming. |
| • |
To note and report short comings and advise given to the partner. |
| • |
To assist the Senior MIS Officer in preparing relevant reports. |
| • |
To liaise with Project Manager & Quality Assurance officer to come
up with more practical inputs to be shared with the partner.

| • |
To present/Report quarterly analysis with RTMI Management and Donor (When applicable). |
| • |
To develop and get a Monitoring framework approved; specific for the Sub Project Partnership as applicable. |
| • |
To validate the reports submitted by partner from their center specific hard data.
|
| • |
To ensure that the partner is following the terms and conditions laid in the Project Description document by RTMI & UNHCR.
|
| • |
To attend the Monthly meeting between partner and RTMI and provide update on the improvements.
|
| • |
To check day to day Admin, HR, Procurement & Supply Chain processes for further improvement
|
| • |
To
ensure that PSEA Training is complete and well documented for all
staffs involved in the Sub Project Partnership employed by Bandhu Social
Welfare Society.

To periodically report on improvement propositions shared and discussed. |
| • |
To visit Bandhu Project Management Office at least once per month to coordinate the program better.
|

To enter the collected data into system; where applicable.
|
| • |
To complete any other task as assigned by the Line Manager, Project Manager, Project Coordinator or Project Director. |

Experience Requirements:
|
| • |
The Incumbent must have basic knowledge of MERL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Retention & Learning).
|
| • |
Must have at least 3 years of related job experience.
|
| • |
Experience of working in the Rohingya Crisis Response is preferable.
|
| • |
Must be comfortable to draft, review and finalize Project reports.
|
| • |
Must have sufficient proficiency in both Bengali and English.
|
|
Other Requirement(s):
|
| • |
A local of Chittagong Division and/or working knowledge of the Chittagonian/Rohingya dialect is a plus point.
|
| • |
Experience in working with Gender Diverse population is desired but not mandatory.
|
|
The incumbent will maintain and abide by the RTM International Code of Conduct in discharging any duties in the refugee camps (while interacting/treating/counseling the refugee population) and commit to abide by the PSEA core principles and other issues.
