RTM International is going to appoint a number of skilled professionals for “PROVIDING HEALTH CARE SERVICES TO SUPPORT GOB PROGRAM” in the following positions to provide health, family planning, GBV, MHPSS and nutrition services for Rohingya Refugees. The name of the positions with required qualifications and experience are as under:

01. Medical Coordinator cum Program Manager:
•MBBS with MPH from a recognized institution/Master’s degree in any discipline with at least 3 years’ experience in public health sector in NGO/Govt. facilities. Following Qualification are essential:
* Good communication skill is mandatory
* Coordinating and management skill
* Good command over English writing and speaking with basic IT knowledge
* Experience in developing BCC materials
* Proficiency as a trainer and development of training materials.
* Experience in serving with an emergency situation like Rohingya issues will be given preference
02.
Medical Officer:
• All applicants should have a MBBS degree from any recognized University with BMDC registration.
* Experienced candidate having MPH in the related field will be given preference.
* Experience in serving with emergency situations like Rohingya issues will be given preference
03. Medical Assistant:
•All applicants should have relevant diploma or certificate from a recognized MATs with State Medical Faculty (SMF) registration.
04.
Midwife/Nurse:
• All applicants should have relevant diploma or certificate from a recognized Nursing & Midwifery Institute with Bangladesh Nursing & Midwifery Council (BNMC) registration.
05. Laboratory Technician:
•Diploma/Degree in Health Technology from a recognized institution with 2 years’ experience.
* Experienced persons will be preferable.
* Field-based position and willing to work in emergency/refugee settings.
06.
Vaccinator:
• Diploma in Medical Assistant/Community Paramedic/Nursing Course from a recognized institution with 1-year experience.
* Experienced persons in the field of EPI will be preferable.
07. Admin. Cum Finance Assistant:
•Graduate in Commerce, minimum 2 years’ experience in relevant sector of recognized institution.
08.
MIS Officer:
• Masters/Graduate with at least 2 years’ experience in Management Information System (MIS) including computer skill.
09. Community Health Supervisor:
• HSC/BA or equivalent qualification from any discipline of a reputed institution.
10.
IYCF Counselor:
• Graduate/Master’s degree in nutrition Science, Public Health or relevant field.
* Applicants must be qualified counsellor.
* Experienced in working with children, young people.
11. Community Psychosocial Supervisor:
•Graduate/Master’s in Social Science/Psychology from a recognized university.
* Working at Rohingya Refugee camps will be given preference.
* Proficiency in local Rohingya/Chottrogram language will have added value.
12.
Case Worker (Female):
• Graduate in Social Science/Paramedics with experience on counseling and implementing GBV activities for women and girls.
