RTMI has a team of highly skilled professionals able to take the grants management activities of sub recipient local NGOs. The Chief Adviser of RTMI has worked as the Chief of Party of a large USAID funded project in Bangladesh. RTMI managed a large private sector health project involving private sector institutions through the management of 27 sub-contracts on strengthening business environment and service quality using Business Development Services (BDS) approaches in partnership with Swisscontact/Katalyst Project. RTMI has full time staff for grants management and planning, monitoring and supporting the programmatic and financial operations of donor funded sub-projects and programs. RTMI’s experience in processing, supervising and managing grants is well recognized among the professional communities in Bangladesh.
