RTMI has long experience of organizing and conducting trainings and capacity building program (involving technical and program management staff) for Government, NGOs and Private Sector organizations. In the process, RTMI project staff have also assessed the training needs of the trainees and developed training modules and materials, trainer’s handbook, participant’s handbook, use of pre and post training evaluation toolkits in relation to those needs.
